This Agreement is made between Turkeyfoot Creative (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) and the subscribing radio station (hereinafter referred to as “Station”). By subscribing to the whatsaJosh Broadcast, the Station agrees to the following terms:
The Provider will supply the Station with the whatsaJosh broadcast, a five-hour radio show featuring four breaks per hour, delivered via Dropbox. Note that the final two hours are recycled from the first two hours. The final break of the show (Josh05D) serves as the sign-off for the day. Affiliates may run the show in full or in part, based on their scheduling needs.
The show is designed to fit multiple formats and can be placed in any daypart as determined by the Station.
Stations are encouraged to take the offer to explore Dropbox files prior to signing up so content and style from the Provider is understood.
The Station agrees to pay a subscription fee of $10 per month, with payments processed automatically through PayPal.
There is no barter option available at this time.
Each station requires a separate subscription at $10 per month. A new form must be submitted for each station.
Stations may request a 5-day trial for review purposes. However, the show may not be aired until payment has been received.
Complimentary “start-up” voice work will be completed once the subscription is started. Stations must submit one page to be completed in one session. Additional sessions (beyond error corrections due to the Provider’s error) will be charged at a $50 per page rate.
The show will be delivered via Dropbox, and it is the responsibility of the Station to retrieve and integrate the files into their programming.
The Station may not alter the content of the show except for standard volume adjustments or processing necessary for their broadcast chain.
Stations wishing to receive local liners will get one complimentary page of liners, written by the Station in 12-point font, double-spaced. This offer is valid within the first 30 days of the agreement.
Any additional local updates (refreshers) will be available at a cost of $50 per page, formatted in 12-point font, double-spaced, and must be requested via email with an attached word processing document (e.g., .doc, .docx, or .txt).
Please note that the Provider is not responsible for writing liners or other local content.
The Station may cancel its subscription at any time; however, payments already made are non-refundable. The Provider reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the Station fails to comply with these terms.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel service at its discretion, providing a 15-day courtesy notice to the Station.
All content provided by the Provider remains the property of Turkeyfoot Creative. The Station has a non-exclusive license to air the content but may not distribute or resell it.
The Station may share audio and images related to the show via social media but may not discredit or speak negatively about the show.
The Station is strictly prohibited from using Josh’s voice in any AI voice generators. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Upon access to Dropbox, stations will see multiple folders. The “Misc” folder contains items such as Bio, Photo, Jock Shout, Tech Notes, and Local Liner Instructions. There is also a folder for each day of the week and a “Current” folder. The “Current” folder is designed for automation systems. At 11:57 PM EST, the “Current” folder will load the next day’s show. For example, at 11:57 PM EST on Sunday, the Monday show will load.
The Provider is not responsible for any technical issues, transmission failures, or content interpretation beyond the scope of the provided material.
The Provider’s content is created to be appropriate for a reasonable United States-based broadcast. The Provider is not responsible for content taken out of context or altered in a way that could be perceived as offensive.
Technical support is not included with this agreement.
The Station agrees that the Provider cannot be held liable for any legal claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the provided content, including but not limited to any actions taken as a result of content broadcasted by the Station. The Station waives any right to pursue legal action against the Provider in connection with the use of the content, including any legal action for technical errors or failures.
By subscribing to the whatsaJosh Broadcast, the Station agrees to the above terms and conditions.
